ID (identification)

Simplified identification of an individual is a procedure for confirming the accuracy of the data provided by the client: last name, first name, patronymic, passport series and number, SNILS/TIN (one of two), as well as optional confirmation of a mobile phone number.

The service receives confirmation from SMEV (system of interdepartmental electronic interaction). The service operates within the framework of 115-FZ “On combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism” dated 08/07/2001 and implies the signing of a special agreement for identification with a partner bank.

On your part, it is necessary:

1. Initialize the process by passing data for simplified identification. Personal data will be sent to SMEV for verification. If you have provided an individual's mobile phone number, an SMS with a code will be sent to them, which will need to be entered in your interface.

2. Send the code from SMS for verification (if you confirm your mobile phone number).

3. Periodically request the verification status until it is completed. Usually SMEV prepares a response within 2-3 minutes, but sometimes there are delays of up to several hours.
